ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case you will be fully refunded. A confirmation email is sent once your order is accepted.

PRICING
Prices are displayed in your local currency where available and may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout. Displayed prices exclude any customs duties or import taxes for international orders, which are the customer's responsibility.

PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be offered as clearly announced pre-orders with an estimated shipping date shown on the product page and at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund.

CASH ON DELIVERY
In selected markets we offer cash-on-delivery. Our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before shipment. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD deliveries may result in future COD orders being declined.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
