Refund policy

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number. We will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or free replacement — send us photos within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit, at your choice.

PRE-ORDERS
If your order was placed as a clearly announced pre-order, you may cancel at any time before shipment for a full and immediate refund — just contact us.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

EXCLUSIONS
Gift cards and items marked as final sale are non-returnable. For hygiene reasons, personal care items that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective.
